Refund Policy

  1. General Policy

At MC PRESENTS, we strive to provide high-quality training programs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent refund policy for our attendees.

  1. Cancellation by Attendee

  • Cancellation 30 days prior to the program start date: if you cancel your registration 30 days before the program start date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of $100
  • Cancellation between 29 and 25 days prior to event –  you may be eligible for a refund, minus 25% of the fees
  • Cancellation between 24 days and 7 days prior to the event – you are eligible for a 50% refund of the fees
  •  Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the event: If you cancel your registration less than 7 days before the program start date, no refund will be issued. However, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or apply your payment toward a future program date within the next 12 calendar months  

  1. Cancellation by MC PRESENTS

  • In the unlikely event that MC PRESENTS cancels a program, registrants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund of the registration fee. MC PRESENTS is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by registrants (e.g., travel, accommodation).

  1. Transfer Policy

  • Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the program start date with the new attendee’s details.
  • Future Program Credit: If you are unable to attend and notify us less than 7 days before the program start date, you may apply your registration fee towards a future program within the next 12 months. This option is available once per registrant.

  1. No-Shows

  • No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows. A no-show is defined as a registrant who does not attend the program and has not provided notice of cancellation or transfer.

  1. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at [info@mcpresents.com.au]. Include your name, registration details, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request.

  1. Special Circumstances

  • MC PRESENTS understands that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional situations (e.g., medical emergencies). Documentation may be required.
